What the fee covers
- Monthly package includes: bookkeeping, periodic VAT and PIT returns, provisional CIT, annual financial statements and finalisation, monthly P&L to the owner.
- Not included: VAT on the fee; state fees; digital signature, e-invoice and software subscriptions (at provider price); items marked "custom quote" such as VAT refunds, rebuilding backlog books, tax-audit support.
- Document count is the monthly average; if it exceeds the tier for 3 consecutive months the package is adjusted from the next month with prior notice.
- 12-month prepaid contracts get 10% off. Monthly contracts can be ended with 30 days' notice; we hand over all books and data.

Fee FAQ
Why is the minimum VND 2,000,000/month when others quote 500,000?
Those packages usually file empty returns only; books, financial statements, year-end finalisation and dealing with the tax office are extra. Ours bundles them, with a separate reviewer before closing, a monthly P&L, and a commitment to pay late-filing penalties if the fault is ours. Fees are the 2026 market level plus 30% for that control, reviewed every six months.
Is VAT included?
No. All figures are before VAT.
How is the monthly document count measured?
Purchase invoices plus sales invoices plus bank transaction lines, averaged over the period. Exceeding the tier for three consecutive months moves you up from the next month, with notice.
How are household businesses priced?
Same as the company services column: VND 2,000,000/month when dormant, rising with document volume. See the household-business page.
Company formation and licence changes?
Formation VND 2,500,000 all-in (documents, filing, licence, seal, initial tax registration). Licence changes VND 1,500,000 for the first item, 500,000 per additional item. State fees excluded.
Can I cancel?
Monthly contracts end with 30 days notice; we hand over all books and data. 12-month prepaid contracts get 10% off.
