About Bao Loc Accounting
A small accounting firm working online for small businesses and household businesses across Vietnam: bookkeeping, tax filing, labor, social insurance and business registration.
Who we are
Bao Loc Accounting Co., Ltd was founded on 29 August 2025 (enterprise code 0319135393) and is led by Huỳnh Anh Kiệt. "Bao Loc" is the founder's hometown; our clients are in Ho Chi Minh City, Lam Dong and other provinces.
We work fully online: no large office, no rent built into your fee. Documents come through a dedicated intake portal, books are kept in accounting software, and we talk over Zalo and phone. When signatures or a meeting are needed, we meet primarily in Ho Chi Minh City; other areas by prior appointment.
Day to day we keep books from e-invoices and bank statements, file VAT, PIT and CIT returns, run payroll and insurance, handle company formation and registration changes, and answer owners' questions on tax and labor based on the original legal texts.

Every tax, labor or insurance answer points to the article in the original text. The legal library on this site is the reference set we use daily and re-check monthly.
Checked before filing
Books are checked for balance, receivables, inventory and tax risk before closing; returns are reconciled with the books before submission.
Transparent fees
Public fee estimator on the website. Nothing outside the contract.
Our commitments
- Reply within 24 working hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:30, Sat 08:00–12:00).
- Client data confidentiality; staff sign NDAs; client figures are never used as public examples.
- Returns filed on time; if a delay is our fault, we pay the late-filing penalty.
- Written notice when a legal change affects your obligations.
